Jason + Ashley, Milford, NE - SDE

This was a very special wedding for us.. Ashley owns Body Nouveaux and Spa in Lincoln (facials, massages, and body wraps!) and we've recently become friends through the wedding industry so I was VERY excited when she approached me about filming her wedding. I wanted to do something special for her, so after talking to her fiance prior to the wedding, I took their slideshow home the night before, finished it up for her and added the Same Day Edit footage at the end of it as a surprise! Due to some technical difficulties, we couldnt get the slideshow to play, but it was already on a DVD for her to pop in the next morning at brunch for her and her family to watch. Here is the SDE we completed for Ashley and Jason from their beautiful lakeside wedding!

Jim + Brooke, Omaha, NE Wedding

Brooke was a bridesmaid in a previous wedding we filmed a few years ago, and we were so excited when she called to tell us the news that she was engaged! This wedding was truly a fairy tale.. the attention to detail was nothing like I'd ever seen before and it made for a very memorable night.. at the zoo! We met her at the church before the ceremony, accompanied them in the limo and for photos, then on to the reception at the zoo for a celebration. It was a gorgeous day for a gorgeous bride.. the highlights are here, take a look!

Lonnie + Annie, Same Day Edit

We fell in love with this couple. And once I post a piece of their Love Story video, I think you will too. :) We had an amazing time with them all day Saturday - we showed up early to find Julianne and Lonnie about ready to get dressed for their first meeting. It truly was a heartfelt moment, beautifully placed next to an old brick wall, thanks to the fab Chris with La Brisa Photography. Chris and I had chatted a bit prior to meeting on Saturday and decided to try and surprise the bride and groom with a Same Day Edit at the reception, which they totally weren't expecting. We managed to pull it off successfully, resulting in shrieks, smiles, tears and hugs :) Check out the SDE video that was the surprise below.. and then check out La Brisa's images below!

Andy + Julie, Madison, WI

We traveled to Madison, Wisconsin last weekend to film the wedding of a high school friend Andy and his gorgeous bride Julie. What a blast it was! I love shooting in new places and this one was definitely great scenery. Our day began bright and early at the salon for hair and makeup, then back to the hotel to put on the dress. They were married at Burrows Park in a lakeside ceremony where the weather held up to be PERFECT, after an 80% chance of rain scare! We then went for photos at the state capital and on to the reception at the Zor Shrine building. What an amazing feeling to be able to share the day with a couple so in love.. enjoy these highlights and an image from fab photographer Leah with Leah Marie Photography!

A-mazing! Sheena's been a friend of mine for a few years and I was so excited when Nestor finally popped the question! We filmed a Love Story video with them as well which was a huge hit at their reception.
